For me, research means asking questions, finding answers, and asking further questions. At IDM I am able to combine my scientific interest in Eastern Central Europe with my journalistic know-how. I am therefore pleased to support the publications “Info Europa” and “Der Donauraum” and, through daily interaction with the region, to be able to overcome the limits of my own mental maps.
