Péter Techet’s essay on Austrian constitutional jurisdiction from a historical perspective

In the Italian volume La giustizia costituzionale in Europa. Da Kelsen ai giorni nostri (Turin, Edition Giappichelli), Péter Techet wrote a chapter on the Habsburg roots of Austrian constitutional jurisdiction before and after 1918, also with regard to the creation of the Czechoslovak Constitutional Court after the First World War.
