Promotion of the cross-border and transnational cooperation in the Danube Region has been one of the pillars of EUSDR ever since this macro-regional strategy was first implemented ten years ago.
The Danube Salon organised as an online event on 11 June 2021 to mark this anniversary offered a great opportunity to present crucial dimensions that co-shape the European future:
- regional cooperation
- science
- youth and education.

A comprehensive overview of the initiatives and achievements undertaken was presented by key representatives and stakeholders from the region, among them:
