General tasks
Programme management for the establishment of democracy workshops, funded by the ERSTE Foundation, in cooperation with the Austrian Parliament

Professional experience
2004 – 2007: Politics and civil society organisations (election campaign organisation, employee of a member of the Bundestag, office manager of the European Stability Initiative e.V. in London, Berlin and Istanbul);
2007 – 2019: Project funding and development in formal education in Central and Southeastern Europe, ERSTE Foundation, Vienna; since 2020 also as a consultant in this area
2021: Interim Manager of the Sinnbildungsstiftung (in TZ), a hybrid private-public form of foundation that supports innovative projects in Austria. Education sector distinguishes and scales;
2020 – 2023: Programme Management “Democracy Workshop” at the IDM in TZ
