Guest Lecture on the Instrumentalization of Migration at Comenius University
On 1 December, Malwina Talik delivered a lecture at Comenius University for the course Hybrid Threats and Hybrid Warfare in International Relations, at the invitation of Professor Olena Khylko. The lecture focused on the instrumentalization of migration by Belarus and Russia at their borders with the EU, particularly Poland and Finland, and was followed by a simulation exercise.
The seminar was based on Talik’s policy paper, “Between Security and Human Rights: Addressing State-sponsored Instrumentalization of Migration by Belarus and Russia.”
