The Working Community of the Danube Regions with its 43 members from 10 Danube littoral countries has existed for over 30 years. During this time many contacts have been established, friendships strengthened, and common activities set. In the years since the existence of the community, many things have changed, be it in terms of personnel or in terms of focus. In the meantime, most of the members have a representation in Brussels. To use this opportunity, a network meeting in the Liaison Office of Lower Austria in Brussels is organised, as the permanent General Secretariat of the Working Community of the Danube Regions is located in Lower Austria.
Agenda:
- Presentation of the Working Community: What is it and what does it offer for the Danube Regions?
- Presentation of the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe (IDM) as a strong partner
- Outlook for the coming year
The evening will be concluded with an exchange over a glass of wine and refreshments.
