“Life Along the Danube”, an exhibition presenting works by hobby photographers from the Danube Region, curated by Malwina Talik (IDM) and Mario Lackner (VHS Landstraße), will now be presented in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The vernissage will take place at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Bulgaria, and will be co-organised by the Austrian Embassy as part of the Austrian Presidency of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region.
The exhibition was a joint project of the IDM and VHS Landstraße and comprises winning entries of the photo competition which took place in 2022. It has been displayed in Vienna at both organising institutions but is also available online.
The exhibition has previously been shown in Vienna (VHS Landstraße and the IDM) and Ruse, Bulgaria (International Elias Canetti Society).
